PLEASE READ:(YOUR START TIME DO NOT START UNTIL GRAPHIC ARTWORK IS APPROVED BY BOTH PARTIES RGS AND YOU THE CLIENT) - By making a purchase at ReadyGoSigns.Com you are agreeing that all artwork you submit adheres to the file(s) requirements (VECTOR/EPS) files only and size requirements for your desired product. If there are any graphical changes, size adjustments, or other modifications required to your project we will notify you to correct them prior to printing. If you so desire we will with your permission via email will make the necessary adjustments with a $125.00 per hour graphic charge per item added to your purchase with a minimum of one (1)  hour graphic fee for graphic modifications. It is your responsibility to contact your graphic designer to request modifications and adjustments to your project. We are not responsible for graphic design mistakes, omissions, spelling errors, etc. submitted by you or your graphic designer. All artwork submitted must be accompanied by PMS COLORS  (PANTONE MATCHING SYSTEM). We offer a total of 36 standard PMS colors that you may choose from without an additional charges.

Signs Color Matching: Colors other than our standard choices will require a Color Match charge (per color). Please specify a Pantone Matching System (PMS) number for reference. Due to variations in ink formulations, subtle color changes can occur beyond our control, therefore, perfect color matches cannot be guaranteed.

Regarding Colors and Your Computer Monitor:
Due to the different mediums, colors will appear differently on a computer monitor than in print.
To ensure color consistency for a print project, submit the same Pantone color # each time.

We accept specialty colors  other than our 36 standard colors we offer at an additional charge of $75.00 extra per specialty color per project. Printing cannot commence until full payment is received.
